I'm glad you asked. We use two types of oils; 100% Canola Oil and 100% Pure Olive Oil. Pure Oive Oil and Canola Oil are popular cooking oils that share similar uses. Canola has a neutral taste which makes this a favorite cooking oil for many. Canola oil is widely considered to be a healthy oil as it’s low in saturated fat and high in monounsaturated fat. Pure Oilve Oil is a golden hue or dark green (EVOO) and a buttery taste. POO has a more neutral flavor and is the perfect choice when preparing salad dressings and other recipes.
